i wanna know which workouts are very very effective for the abs and the "love handles".thats what im trying to work on bc im not fat i have hips and the love handles annoy me.
so please anyone that was really good effective workouts help me out a little.=)

good workouts for love handles?

please no personal trainer adds… had my baby like 4 months ago, and i hit my pre baby weight, but i cant get the love handles to go. also, maybe some workouts for the booty and inner thighs. my husband is deployed, and i want it to be hot for him :)
thx! i am asking for SPECIFIC workouts..

PILATES!

I found out by accident. I had to go to physical therapy twice a week for a back injury. The therapist uses pilates to strengthen support muscles around the spine. The first thing I noticed was that my waist and hips gained a new, sleeker shape!

It’s been months since I’ve been to Phys. therapy but I have been able to maintain my new shape with a great book. "Pilates for Every Body," by Denise Austin. The book is great pictures w/ brief discriptions of the exercises. They are not difficult and I only take 1/3 hour 2x a week! L-O-V-E I-T!
