Know any exercises to lose love-handles?

I Freaking hate my love-handles. Though they have been going down because I do palates from iO Digital cable 4 times a day I don’t think there going down quick enough. I really want to lose them before school. Anyways know any exercises? Oh and even if I would know how to do that exercise please write out how to do it in steps.

I just asked my trainer this on Monday. He told me the only way to get rid of them is lots of cardio. Hope this helps!

What are the best exercises to lose the love handles?

What do you guy recommend? I have lost 10 pounds, look skinnier but I still have love handles.

Usually losing weight is simple numbers. You need to know your basic metabolic rate (BMR). Once you know your BMR then you can design a diet lower in calories than your BMR.

But…. it is not always that simple. You could also have metabolic anomalies or even hormone irregularities that can make losing weight virtually impossible.

Start with the simple stuff. Calculate your BMR right here http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ then alter your diet if necessary.

Now, if you don’t see results after that you may look into the hormonal or metabolic areas. Also make sure you are being realistic, and that you do have weight to use. Don’t forget… celebrities use tons of drugs and have personal trainers! We should all be so lucky 8)

I have been doing the crossfit workouts and they have shredded my body big time (removed my body fat). They are pretty tough, but the results are quick!

Also to tone muscle, make sure you are getting plenty of protein to aid in recovery and building of new muscle tissue
