It will increase the fat burning hormones inside your body as well. This does NOT come from wasting time with the “ab-pumping” workouts.

So pretty much, if you want to rid of that belly fat instantly, you will need to get your butt under some barbells or dumbbells and do some squats. Do some lunges, dead lifts, step ups, and some workouts for your back and chest. Ladies, do not worry, this WILL NOT bulk you up.

Also remember that you need to focus on these being high intensity workouts. What I mean is do not take long five minute breaks between sets. Losing stomach fat for good needs intensity. Anyone telling you otherwise is straight up LYING to you.
